Okay, so how big IS the tank? Plus you're running winter fuel, which is another hit on the mileage. And are you talking 29 KILOMETERS per gallon or MILES???
These trucks can and will get 20+ MPG, but you really have to drive it like grandpa. No jackrabbit starts, and keep it under 70 MPH on stock tires/3.73 gearing. Mine is a shortbed, so when I nearly hit 600 miles on 30 gallons, I was thrilled...

I have run 1000 km on a tank of fuel
with your 600 miles on 30 gal would give you 30+km per gal
600 mi = 966km devided by 30 gal = 32.2 km per gal I think
