Coil Spacers

Does anyone know of anyone who makes 2" coil spacers for the F150's? I've seen them for Jeep vehicles, but never for a ford. I'd rather go this route than a body lift, as I just need a slight bit more tire clearence to prevent rubbing when hitting larger bumps in corners.

Coil Spacers

I've never seen 2" spacers. I have some 1" hard rubber spacers that go under the coils that are made by Mr. Gasket. I bought them for about $25 for the pair. I still havent got to putting them in yet. What about lowering your coil towers?

I've been looking for something like that too. How hard is it to lower the towers? and where did you find your spacers off of?

If you go with anything larger than one inch the bolt that the spring mounts to that goes through the I beam will be too short.

Coil Spacers

The spacers I found at a local auto store. I've never seen them anywhere else. As for lowering the towers, it is very simple. They're just bolted to the frame. Unbolt them, move them down for however much lift you want and drill new holes and bolt them back up. We did this to a friend of mines 79 F-150 4x4 for about 3 inches of lift. It works great and the best part is its free!
