I don't think anyone makes spacers that lift as such-like for the jeeps, 1" pads that mount on the top of the spring. You can get the kind that "wedge" into the coils, blocks of poly? or little "spreaders" with a couple of nuts & bolts to hold them open. On the more expensive side, air bags that go inside the coils and either have a valve in the top or a remote line kinda like rear air shocks would.
Had a 73 and 79 F-150. Spacers don't work, they'll just get your springs all cockeyed. Save your $ and buy some new springs with whatever lift height you want. They're about $100.
You can try any 4wd store like 4 wheel parts wholesalers at: http://www.4wheelparts.com/ or jcwhitney. If you can't find it online you can call them and I'm sure they have them.
I have 1 inch spacers on the front of my 95 2WD. I had them custom made for about 20 bucks. They work fine. They look like a really big washer. I don't really have any problem with the springs being cockeyed or anything like that. Hope this helps a little.
look in magazines like truckin', they have an add from a place called AIM, they only advertise lowering trucks in truckin' but i have seen in other magazines where they offer lift coils and coil spacers. they dont have a web site, but their phone number is 800-289-9980. their adds show dropped coils for about 70 bucks.
