Question Glow Plug Comparison

Hi all. It's time to replace my glow plugs and was looking into buying something other than oem. Any suggestions on what to look for? There are many different types on ebay that claim they are better than stock because they heat up hotter and quicker. Can you tell the experiences you have had with what you have tried using? Maybe what to stay away from? I own a 99 7.3 Superduty. Thanks..

Motorcraft ZD-11's are the best OEM type. Stay away from Autolite. I purchased a set of WAP,Inc. GP's. They have been around for a long time and make alot of GP's for many applications. They have a very good rep for quality and service.. I haven't installed them yet, but I believe they will give me excellent service.

There is no better glow plug than OEM.
Like Roland says, stay away from Autolites, rumor has it they swell and burn out, then you cannot remove it without pulling the head.
Bosch, Beru, are good alternatives to Motorcraft.
