Missing grommets

Missing grommets
I was told my used Ranger was rear-ended in a previous collision;
What does about 3 rubber grommets missing in the passenger side door say about this? Maybe some of you auto body guys know...
LMC Truck doesn't carry the biggest oval shaped one that I need, but they do have the two "Rolo candy looking" round ones, where can i pick this bigger one up?
Are there any links to parts diagrams with numbers for 02 Rangers on here?
