4X4 not working

i have a 93 F150 with push buton 4X4 and auto hubs but the hubs stoped working the other day. i have ordered the manual hubs but the convertion kit will not get here untill monday. my qustion is can i do a quick fix so that i can use the 4X4?

are you sure it the hubs it could be the transfer case shift motor is slugish try taping it lightly with a hammer that should free it up it should be easy to get to

i put it in fwd and i can hear it engadge. once it engadged i went under the truck and the front drive shaft was locked like it was in fwd but the front tires still would not spin
