Got a question for yall, Is my 60 in the front of my super duty the same as a regular old 60? Is there a difference between covers for front and rear 60's?

A D60 is a D60, regardless of what it's under or its age.

I forgot to mention the front diff issue ,

Some D60 covers are "deeper", that is they stick out further from the differential to hold more lube. That can cause issues with some trucks when used in a front diff application, ie cover hits the tie rod.

The housing is the same, but it's what around it that dictates what cover will work.
