It is my pleaseure to welcome spence13e as the newest member of the NY chapter.

Spence is currently going to school here in NY and is planning on marryin' a NY girl. Interests are guns, hunting, the Red Beast and hoping to soon be a PSD mod crazy person.

The Red Beast is a 2004 Crew Cab F250 PSD with a six speed hand shaker.... very nice looking truck and it happens to be my favorite color..... RED !!!

hey, thanks guys! didn't notice that my request got accepted til today. naw, no deer huntin' for me this year, spread too many directions, lack of guns, and don't feel like paying for out of state licensing.

as much as i hate to admit it, this yankee girl's done a helluva lot better job keeping me outta trouble than some other ones i've associated with...

well, this year i'm in school at word of life bible institute in pottersville/schroon lake, biblical studies. simple one year program, learning the bible. no, not planning to be a pastor or missionary or anything like that.

pending acceptance, next year i'll be going to cobleskill to finish my animal science degree. from there there's a good chance i'll take a short program from penn foster (online) in gunsmithing. she wants to go to a taxidermy school out in colorado, so we're thinking of opening a store of our own. taxidermy, gunsmithing, and gun dealing. what more can a guy ask for?

i'm not a real fan of new york, too many taxes, too much cold, and crappy gun laws and politicians, but she's got the good job for now, so i won't argue. just got to leave most of my guns at home. half of them are "illegal" here.

we also want to do some farming, but that's awful hard in the north east! eventually i want to take over and start farming the family ground out west again. so who knows exactly where we'll wind up for good, but that's the next few years plans, anyway.

 

oh yeah. so if we're going to be around here for a while, next fall we're going to need somewhere to live. the best thing we could find is a small farm somewhere between cobleskill and delmar. i'd rather have to avoid paying the outrageous prices people charge up here for boarding horses and she's almost got a zoo of her own.

i worked at the ranch last summer, and then will again next summer for my ministry. it's a bit of a love/hate relationship. the significant other "misses it there." hopefully i won't so much, i don't mind it but i'll be ready to be done!
