keyless entry quit
the keyless entry in my 00 f-250 quit working. i have 2 remotes both worked on that thing at autozone. there must be a fuse or something, anyone know what it is?

Can you hear it working, or do the actuators not make any noise at all?

Check under the hood fuse box... If it the same as a 99, it is the 3rd one down from the back, in the middle row..20amp fuse.

nothing works at all, just quit out of nowhere, i will try what clintbonnie suggested

That was my next thing was the fuse. ... the actuators have tendency to stick hence why i asked. Let us know what the fuse shows (also refer to your owners manual for the proper fuse location)

How many doors do you have? Push the lock/unlock button on the door and see if the locks work. Unless you've had problems with some of the doors not working for a while, it would be unlikely that all the actuators failed at once. If you do hear a clicking type sound where it sounds like the door locks are trying to do something when you hit the switch on the door, then it does sound like an actuator problem. No noise at all sounds more like a fuse.

I'd try a test light and check all the fuses to see if you have any bad ones.

it has 2 doors, it is a manual lock but has keyless entry. i swapped the fuse with a good one and it still didnt work, but im not getting any noise at all from the doors.

So then this is an aftermarket system? If so, it will likely have it's own inline fuse wherever they tied into the power.
