Hi-Tech Retreads
Does anybody have any experinace/knowledge on the Hi-Tech Retreads ( http://www.high-tec-retreading.com )? They are quoting $413.52 (that's shipping and handling included ) for a set of four 33X12.50R-15 mud tires. Peterson's 4-Wheel and Off-Road did an article last year on them and they gave pretty rave reviews. I've always been leary about retreads, but supposedly the folks at Hi-Tech, have....well, a new "hit-tech" way of doing the recapping and has pretty amazing stats. You gotta admit, $413 for everything isn't bad at all...but are you getting what you pay for? Just wondered if any regular folks had any experiance or in-site into these tires. Thanks

Hi-Tech Retreads
I purchased a set of Hi-Techs 33-12.5-15 mud tires about a month ago. they are great so far. The guys at the tire shop where I had them mounted were very impressed with the way they looked,and they said that the tires were more well balanced than most brand new ones!
Can't beat the price either!
