then maybe the airline has broken inside the fitting. disassemble, inspect, and re assemble.

alright well i disconected the gauge and drove with my finger over the boost tube ....i barley felt a thing so i started looking around the turbo with a good flash light and seen the rubber hose that connects from my turbo to the boost line and sensor was loose so i took it off and turns out the underside of the hose was split all the way down .....needless to say i replaced it and the truck runs %100 better no more sluggish roll thru stop signs and the gauge registers better but still dont see any move ment til around 2k rpm or unless i goose it and it still only goes to around 5-8 lbs of pressure you think the gauge could be out of whack or maybe i really dont make that much boost?

Did you replace the whole line, from manifold to MAP sensor?

no i didnt really pay any attention to the rubber line that goes to the map sensor as soon as i found the 1.5in rubber line split that connects the turbo to the little plastic T valve that splits it to the boost gauge and sensor i thought i had the major fix but seems like i only halfway fixed it cause the boost gauge still doesnt register much

Did ya put a ferrule on it? if its a compression fitting you need it on there to properly seal and crimp the line.

yeah it seems like i got everything tightend up good now but like i said it registers no more than 5-8lbs under acceleration usually only if i mash it or am around 2k rpm and go to accelerate but doing 60 or 70 around 2k rpm cruising it shows no boost .... maybe one of my boots is leaking???
