Unhappy 2006 F150 Trans/Engine Problem

Hello, guys, great forum. First of all, I would like to say that I've read several topics in this forum, close to my problem.

I own a 2006 F150 Lariat 5.4 4x4 65000 miles on it (bought it with 300 miles on it two years ago) and last month I had several problems.

The OD light started flashing, Transmission malfunction was displayed, while putting the truck in D and releasing the brakes. I turned it off immediately. Called my mechanic and he said it is a common problem and nothing to worry about - he will flush the tranny fluid.

Next, he flushed the tranny fluid, got the truck on computer and cleared the error codes - it was just one - Incorrect Gear 1 Ratio.

A week later while I was driving at about 20 mph, step on the gas pedal, the truck started to shake and the OD start flashing, then Transmission malfunction displayed. I put it on gear 1 - perfect - no shaking, smooth acceleration. The same was on gear 2 - everything fine. But when I put it in D it starts to shake, the truck cannot switch to higher gear than 2, while driving with constant speed of 30 mph it shifts to first gear, second gear randomly.

The computer diagnostic displayed following errors:

DTC:
P0171 - System too lean
P0174 - System too lean
P0731 - Gear 1 Incorrect ratio
P1000 - OBD Systems readines test not complete
P1235 - Fuel Pump Control out of Range
P1744 - Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit Performance
P2196 - O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Rich Bank 1
P2198 - O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Rich Bank 2

I cleared the trouble codes, started the engine - everything was fine - no shaking, nothing. But after 10 minutes of driving - the same problems - random shifting, OD flashing. I turned on the autopilot - smooth acceleration, changing gears ok.

And this was till today:
While on D at about 30mph the truck was like on N - like the clutch was slipping - pushing the pedal, no acceleration. Shifting gears is almost impossible in D, but drives ok in gear 2. OD flashing, transmission malfunction flashing, ENGINE FAILED - SAFE MODE flashing. I got home, put it on the diagnostics and here are the trouble codes:

DTC:
P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1) $7E8
P0174 System Too Lean (Bank 2) $7E8
P0722 Output Shaft Speed Sensor Circuit No Signal $7E8
P0731 Gear 1 Incorrect Ratio $7E8
P0732 Gear 2 Incorrect Ratio $7E8
P1000 OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete $7E8
P1235 Fuel Pump Control out Of Range (Fuel Pump Driver Module/VLCM) $7E8
P1740 Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Inductive Signature $7E8
P1744 Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit Performance $7E8
P2196 O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich (Bank 1 Sensor 1) $7E8
P2198 O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

Can you tell me what exactly is going on with my truck? Where are these sensors and what should I do, because in Bulgaria there are no good F150 services.

Thank you in advance. Will give any additional information.

UPDATE: When starting the engine in Parking, I could hear something small spinning loud, but I can't determine what is it. Probably the best description is like sting mileage spinning fast. Then when put in D and release the brakes, the buzzing spinning sound goes off.

Try inspecting the 2 or 3 wiring connectors that are mounted to the frame rail beneath the driver's door for corrosion. Also, check the wiring harnesses near the passenger side of the engine up against the firewall for chaffing and shorted wires. Could be some damaged wires.
