Hey, guys. Sorry I didn't post earlier but I have been in the truck putting miles on it. If any of you guys are thinking about doing this, DO IT. I put enough miles on my truck tonight, that I know all the air is out. When it idles now, it has a little shake to the engine, not much but more then I had before. The sound while idling is like you guys said it would be. The power is way and beyond what I had with the chip and the turbo. I am still playing with the settings, and there is a big difference.

I didn't know how much difference there would be adding the SS Stage IIs to my truck. Also adding Jody's chip with the re burn on it. Modified stock is great, when I go to 80e and push the pedal about half way down It's like 140 before the injectors and re burn of the tuner. I put it in 140 and was going 15 mph and stumped the pedal. Not boosting the turbo, I started spinning the rear tires, all four of them.

I just got home as Rick was making the previous post. We talked as I was driving home. He told me about how the truck was idling and running much better. He had driven quite a bit more after I left this evening. I wanted to stay longer, but had to get back home. He tried to let me listen to his truck run over his cell phone, but the quality was not good. By his description, to me, I know that it running now like it ought to. Good people deserve good things. Here's to you, Rick! 'Til next time, brother. It won't be too long. PMS is a powerful thing. No use in fighting it. I can only give in.

You'll need more excuses to drive now. "Hey, Phyllis. Do you need anything from town? I'll run and go get it."
You could always run my repair manual, that got left behind, over to me. I really need it.
