Lift Question
They look fine to me. Lots cheaper than new spring packs. I don't have any personal experience with them though. I'd personally go with the traditional type that are installed directly into the leaf pack unless you need the adjustable type to make your truck sit level side to side to compensate for worn out body bushings or something. They should come in pairs and have new center bolts included.
Lift Question
the only thing is, if you have fords IFS (independent front end with leaf springs, not coils) and go with an add a leaf, it will be very hard to keep your truck aligned.. i tried to convince my local suspension shop to add a leaf in my front end (i think my front end sits lower than other same year f250's)... i left it with him for the day and went to pick it up and he didnt do it... said it was sitting exactly where it was meant to and that it would thro out my alignment... i was sad.
good luck tho, yours is probably better than mine is! (your luck i mean)

Lift Question
So if I have leaf springs in the front an add a leaf is going to throw off my alignment, correct? So what would be the easiset way to lift the front, other than buying a complete kit. Extending the shackles, putting blocks, or will the add a leaf not creat a noticable difference in the alignment. What are some ideas. I all want is to lift it 2 to 3 inches.
Thanks
Mike

Lift Question
You have a solid front axle. The last post is about trucks with the TTB/ leaf spring fronts, 1980-up F250's and F350's. Add-a-leafs should work just fine for your truck. You shouldn't have to worry about the alignment much lifting it only 2-3 inches. Probably a good idea to get an alignment after lifting it though.
