Fuel Pump Question????
On my 95 F-150, 300I6, dual tanks, I notice when picking up a x-mas tree last night that the electric fuel pump was running, even after driving ten minutes. I then switched tanks to the rear, and it continued to do it. Truck runs great. Is this normal or not??

The fuel pump shouldn't be running if the truck is not running. Well except for priming the fuel system just before startup.
I bet what you are hearing is a little cooling fan that some of the I6 4.9 trucks have on the fuel rail on top of the engine to prevent vapor lock.
