so ur saying by wiggling the distributor shaft the pump should come back on?

if you move it back and forth enough toactivte the pickup. it doesnt take much if the distributor is sitting in the right spot.

ya i was just wiggling it back and forth a bit and it repowerd the pump and recharged the relays as if someone was turning the ignition off and on again
