Turbo/head removal?

working on taking the heads off to replace the gaskets and put in some ARP studs. me and the boss have everything off BUT the turbo and the heads (I think) it was a long day so we called it a night but how in the world does that turbo and base come off? and tips or tricks to getting the heads off/back on? and if I can come up with the money by the end of next week I'll be putting on a new turbo also while I have it apart. has anybody ran the D66 turbo from beans? is there anything I am forgetting to ask about this repair? anything you guys could tell me that might be of some help would be GREAT! never done this before just learning as I go...

For the turbo, I like to remove the EBPV from the turbo first (makes getting to the base bolts easier) then remove the two bolts and two nuts on the turbo exhaust housing to up pipe collector, then with a 1/4" 10mm swivel socket (a 1/4" swivel joint and socket will also work but not as easily) and by feel and a mirror locate and remove the two rear turbo pedistal mounting bolts and then the front two turbo pedistal mounting bolts, then lift the turbo off.

For the heads, man are they heavy make sure you have a lift. Try this manual: 1996 Bronco/F-Series Workshop Manual Under the engine section, under 7.3L, under cylinder head removal. It should cover everything, If any question post back and we will help.
