False alarm! I am now diverted to Kadena AFB, Japan. Cannot take any cars over there. The truck will be going to my Father's house for safe keeping during my three years over there. Guess I'll have a super clean low mileage F250 when we come back. Lift and wheels/tires will happen at that time. Thanks for all of your help all!

Son was there in the 90's but I beat him to it,, I was there when the Dollar was the unit of currency.

Unless flying direct military hop expect 4 to 6 hr layover in Japan proper. Best of luck and have a good tour.
