Sooo... an update.. After many months, the truck seems to be running okay for the most part. It still idles extremely rough sometimes after it's warmed up, and stalls out occasionally, and the check engine light is on for cam position again (both banks). It seems to have the most problems when it's either hauling something, or going in reverse. We've also noticed that the radiator fans (electric) are no longer coming on, and it overheats under heavy load after a while. We've pretty much chocked the rough idle and stalling issues to it being the oil pump, and continuing to lose oil pressure. If we apply throttle once it starts acting like its idling rough or stalling, it smooths out and usually doesnt do it again until it's been driven again.

The overheating issue I am pretty sure is the thermostat, but I can't confirm that, yet. We are leaving for fathers day weekend tonight and wont be able to look at it until we come back. That also may be why the fans arent coming on (the thermostat is stuck closed, so the coolant wont go past the temperature sensor to trigger the fans)
