Messed my timing up during new chain installation

Okay guys first post here. Long time researcher. So my issue is, is that I had the whole cam phasers issue on my 2004 f150 5.4L 3valve. I order my phasers from Livernois pre assembled with lockouts in them with tuner, cheese, and the 15mm bolts. As well as a cloyes timing chain kit. As I had everything stripped down we decided to take the chains off and take the phasers off. (Bad mistake!!!!) my cam shafts moved as I tried to break the old 15mm bolt loose and ended up turning the cam shafts. So now I am out of time and I do not remember the position they were in. I installed the new chains with the crankshaft at 11 o clock and the left side (drivers side) phaser lined up perfectly. The passenger side did not off by a tooth. and I do not know how to reset the timing on this engine. PLEASE HELP. I can not continue any further until I know the timing is set. Something else to add: I rotated the crankshaft 4-6 times without any interference/ Pistons making contact with anything and when you line up the chains do the cam shafts have to be at the resting postion that the valve springs postion them at or can the cam shafts be adjusted so the chain lines up with the cam phasers mark and the crankshaft dot at 6 o clock? This is the part where I am not sure about and don't know how to line everything up correctly. Can someone please tell me how to get my timing set correctly? I can post pictures if needed. Please please help.
