I did a search and came up with very little. The carpet in my Lariat is shot. The previous owner spilled paint and blue ink all over it. I just bought the 08 center console and want to get the vinyl also so I can take care of it all at once. There isn't anyone selling it on ebay. I want the factory vinyl floor not some junk aftermarket. Has anyone bought it and replaced their carpet? How much was it and where did you buy it? By the way I got the console for $137.50 shipped!
Nice work with the cheap console. Have you checked our dealer sponsors for pricing on the vinyl floor? The OEM vinly comes with padding attached in some areas, so I'd stick with the Ford stuff instead of aftermarket. I ordered my truck with the vinyl so I didn't have to worry about screwing up the carpet.
Keep checking ebay i saw a guy about a month ago that was selling factory ford take outs. He said he had a bunch of they and seems to me like they were really cheap.
This place sells vinyl flooring custom molded to your particular application.
It is much more inexpensive than OEM and just as thick (or thicker). Plus it has foam backing.
I compared the price for the OEM one for my Excursion with what they offer from this place. Highest Quality Molded Auto Carpet This place was a lot cheaper...and probably makes the Ford stuff anyway.

Nice find. It is only going to be $120. I think I'm going to get it from that vendor. I don't think anyone can beat that price.
I ordered a vinyl floor from the company on the link above for a '95 F150 I had. Good stuff, molded close to the way it should be, but not perfect. There are no holes in the flooring, so you will need to test fit it a few times. Keep your old carpet and use it for a template. Also, clean your capet (just so it doesnt stink) and use it as a pad under the vinyl floor, as they will only send a few pieces of padding for the areas in front of the seats.

Good review & tips! Rep points!
I'll be going vinyl in my Excursion here soon and it's good to know another person who has used it from this company.
tac53parsons, please report back on the quality once you get yours!
