Push rod length adjustment?

Push rod length adjustment?
Installling aussie heads that were resurfaced removing .010 . To adjust the push rod length for the stock valve train do I need to install a push rod .010 shorter than stock? What about intake fitment? Will the weiand still work without manipulation?

For what it's worth, my machinest says if stay under 0.020, you should be OK.
