Does it make any difference if I use some Preston 50/50 to top off the coolant overflow container??? Is it that much different from OEM coolant? Thanks

If it's the type that mixes with any type you should be fine. What color is your current coolant?

It's hard to tell but I would say it's a pale yellow/green.
