Red coolant question?

I have some unmarked red coolant. Is there a way to know if it is 50/50 or full strength? Can you check red coolant with regular coolant strips? Thanks!

If the coolant is 50/50 and not concentrate, then check the temperature for which it is good for. If in fact it is 50/50 it should show close to -34 degrees. If concentrate I would think it will show much lower.
