Throwout bearing noise

When I depress the clutch pedal my throwout bearing makes noise. Sqeaks and sqeauls, is there anything I can do?

1973 Ford F100 2 Wheel Drive with 302, 3 speed manual transmission

With a 3-speed and 2wd it doesn't get much easier to pull the trans and get to the t/o bearing. Get it apart and take care of the problem before it ruins the Pressure plate.
