Misfire?

Misfire?
2000 E250 5.4L
I have replaced all COP's and plugs, all hoses on the EVAP system, PCV valve, cleaned the MAF sensor, the engine idles fine and the wide open throttle responce is fine, but it seems to flutter right after it goes into overdrive at a steady 55mph, I have run fuel injector cleaner through it a couple times. The cat and muffler are new. No MIL, No codes, No idea
