Cleaning throttle body on '05 5.4

Anyone have experience cleaning the throttle body on the 5.4? Pictures would be great on how to procede. I did a search and nothing comes up on how to remove the thing. Any help is appreciated!

If you have a F150, then you can review the installation guide (Steps 1-6 only) for the K&N CAI kit.

I cleaned my TB using SEafoam. Inject it through the brake booster vaccum line.

Most if not all ford throttle bodies should not be cleaned due the coating on the throttle body.Carb clean ect removes the coating,I use techron in my fuel system every oil change and thats it.
