Have to remove throttle body ?
read about and want to clean my throttle body. Why do you have to remove it from the truck ?

easier to do (the cleaning step) and less crap winds up going through the motor afterwards?

Yes remove it. Easier to get it spotless and less contaminants make it down into the intake manifold.

besides the engine does NOT want the crap down its intake..
