Aftermarket air cleaner problems ?

Aftermarket air cleaner problems ?
I have read on various posts that aftermarket air cleaners cause/create problems on 04 PSD's. What is the reason ? Is the stock setup a better one ?

Some intakes will not seal properly and allow dirt to bypass damaging the turbo. Keeping the intake stock can prevent the dealer from denying warranty coverage on turbo issues. The stock intake is known to support trucks running up to 500HP.
