No, it barely fits on my 250 super duty without a lift. I beleive the biggest you can go without a lift is 31".
For you to get 35's on there it is recomended to go with a 4" lift.
If you crank up the front torsion bars, you should be able to fit 33" (you may have to trim a little of the front plastic on the bumper). We just put a set of 33x12.50x16.5 Mud Terrains on 16.5x9.75 Weld rims on my girlfriend's 2001 Supercrew.
