Ive got a 9.5ft camper on my 93 f250 460 e40d 2wd, it weighs 2400lbs. my friend w/ a5th wheel warns me: " campers are the hardest duty you can use your truck for." Is this true, Ive never had any problems? I also pull a mid sized boat at the same time over 6,000 ft passes at 60mph. Is there something in my maintenance I need to be aware of beyond the norm?

 

If you've got a 1993 vehicle and it's still ok....whatEVER you are doing is RIGHT!!!!

 

With 22,000 miles its kind of a " time capsule" I turned down a 00 S/D w/102k in favor of this truck.
