I just installed 5100 on my 02 F250. All I have is a 2in leveling kit so I had to call Bilstein's customer service and tell them what I wanted to do and they gave me the correct part numbers. I also measured my old shocks and gave them those measurements as well because you can order 5125 Series in lengths.
The 5125's are the same as the 5100 btw.
The numbers they gave me for the rear were the same length as an 05-07 with 0 to 1in of lift.
Check the Bilstein website for their contact numbers.
Yes, the Bilstein 5100's are basically the same for the stock 250/350 rear, so the 250 with the 350 block upgrade uses the same length as OEM.
If you order the 5100 fronts it only makes sense to order the rears to match. When i made comment that the 5100's are for lifted trucks that was my intent. You really should replace all shocks at once not as a pair.
Most order from shockwarehouse.com You will probably have to wait for them as they are typically back orderd.
A quality gas shock will make a big difference over the stock crappers. Many like the Rancho 9000 series.
