bushing help

I have the front end off a 1973 f-250 4x4 and thought it would be a good time to replace the bushings, but the old ruber ones don't look bad so I am wondering if the expense and the time will be worth it? the other thing is how is the best way to get them out? and are polly bushing that much better that I need to do it? any info. would be very helpful

bushing help

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 03-Jun-02 AT 04:49 PM (EST)]I personally replaced every rubber bushing in my truck with the urethane ones and to me it was well worth the time and expense. They last longer than the rubber ones and on the body mounts they reduced body roll. as for the leaf springs and radius arms I replaced them with urethane and happy with those also. And the same result I have been very happy with them they are well worth the investment.
