Dang-that is clean engine and bay on that 94!! No corrosion at all on any of the components. You must live in a very dry environment. Those are not the original radiator hoses-are they??

As far as I know they are, I just detailed my engine bay about 3 months ago, and so they still have some dressing on them that makes them look nice and new. I live in Northwest Washington so not exactly dry, and my truck came from Canada, so it does actually have some rust, but my engine has been very well taken care of.
Yeah it has been done. I wondered if somebody would catch that...That pic is from 2005. Other than the recall and a new Motorcraft battery it still looks the same now though.
I meant that part of the second truck goes in this forum. A lot under the hood is 1988; the rest of the truck is 1979.
I have a 1995 F150 with a 5.8L. What recall are you talking about? Mine doesn't have a tag on the master cylinder. I just bought it about a month ago. I would post an engine pic, but I don't have one yet.
That recall is for the cruse control deactivation switch. You can always go to your Ford dealer and ask if there are any for your truck. Just give em the vin and they will ck for ya.
Also look a few posts below my original ( BryceMck ) That will give you a little more info. My son and I own the truck. We had the engine built at Standard Machine in Phoenix Az. Stock Block but thats about all thats stock now. All forged internals AFR 185 heads cleaned up by standard machine as well. He does all the wrenching.
Detroit locker rearend sumped tank, twin Walbro 255's 42LB injectors soon to be 60lb. A few other goodies that can be seen in the pics in Bryces post above
Those are painted by yours truly. They come as cast aluminum with the side polished. I painted the inner area red and the blue ford oval to put a little touch on it.
Thanks Omni...I'll have a video and pictures up pretty soon.
