Thanks for all the feedback, really do appreciate it.
I am not convinced the chips are causing the whole problem, but yes, the bigger tires, plus the chips, plus the weight, plus the electric fans are all possible contributing factors.
I moved the electric fans to between the ac condenser, and the intercooler, and put the stock fan back on.
The overheating has only been under extreme load, and uphill, so I am going to borrow my buddies Dodge next week, throw it in the trailer, and head for the biggest damn hill around and see what happens. I should be around the 20 to 21k load, so a good test. We may throw a 3 or 4 thousand pound skid in the back of his truck before we load just for fun.
I will let you know what happens, but thanks again for all the input and suggestions. I may also get rid of the larger rubber, and swap for some 19.5 soon.
If you have been previously pulling with just electric fans and removed the stock fan and fan clutch. Then I can say from experience that is the problem. Electric fans do no move any where near enough air to cool while loaded. I know, I tried, first tow with electric fans and it got hot. Enough so I pulled over to let it cool. Took for ever to cool just at idle as well. Ditched the electric setup and put a new fan and clutch on there, no problems since.
