Emissions related items are covered for 100k miles. I didnt think there was a deductible for emissions items after 36k?

From my warranty manual: (pages 12-14 of the manual):
<TABLE style="WIDTH: 506pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=675 border=0 x:str><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 506pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 24685" width=675><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD class=xl24 style="BORDER-RIGHT: #d4d0c8; BORDER-TOP: #d4d0c8; BORDER-LEFT: #d4d0c8; WIDTH: 506pt; BORDER-BOTTOM: #d4d0c8; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #99ccff" width=675 height=17>https://www.motorcraftservice.com/pubs/content/~WO6F23/~MUS~LEN/41/06frdwa3e.pdf</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Under emissions performance warranty coverage, FMC will repair, replace or adjust with no charge for labor, diagnosis, or parts - any emissions control device or system for 100k (ie no charge means no $100 deductible):

Air flow sensor
Air Fuel Feedback control System and sensors
Cold start enrichment system
Electronic engine control sensors and switches
EGR system
Exhaust manifold
Fuel Injection System
Intercooler Assembly - Engine Charger
Power Train Control Module
Turbocharger Assembly

Also covered by the two emissions warranties (Emissions defect warranty and Emissions performance warranty):
All emisssions-related bulbs, hoses, brackets, tubes, gaskets, seals, belts, connectors, non-diesel fuel lines and wiring harnesses that are used with components on the list above.

Thanks to all, especially bismic, for the info. Guess its into the shop before it gets any colder. Very hard starting, but runs fine warm. Strictly stock. Its at 73000 miles.

You can get the dealer to check for you. If a dealer hasnt denied the warrenty for some reason to the previous owner, then you still have 27,000 miles left on the motor warrenty
