remove arm rest

I need to know how to remove the arm rest on drivers seat of F650 truck

Not sure if the F650 is different but on the F250 you just peel back the leather or cloth and there is a Torx bolt that you have to remove.

Thanks, but I think the F650 is different. There is no way to pull back the vinyl without actually cutting it. There is a **** on the arm rest, but it turns either way and tightens, but will not come off. There is a rod that goes through the arm rest into the seat back, but I can't see how to get it off. Thanks again.
