ok so i hooked up my accel master mind today and it seems like it all works but my truck gave up a check engine light with the 0237 code(turbocharger boost sensor A circuit low) so i unpluged the map sensor harness and pluged the original harness in and cleared it....any ideas of what is going on??? i did have to hardwire the map sensor harness to the monitor main harness because i have an accel mastermind and it came with out a map sensor harness so i got one from bullydog because they are suppose to be the same thing (appently just pinned different)
the light came on as soon as i turned the key i didnt even drive it just let it idle and a couple revs wanted to figure out what was going on before i drove it with the light on...........seemed like the idle was fine
There is a code that is thrown when the map see's too much boost. I can't rememer what one it was though. Could it be possible that the wiring to the Accell unit is incorect where you had to use the Bullydog pigtail?
its possible but they are color coded and i pretty sure i hooked up the right wires not many on the map sensor harness(4) i do have other wires on the main monitor harness buy i believe they are for the 6.0l ford to connect into the obdll port for more info options..........maybe one of my connections are loose were i combined the 2 harnesses the were pretty cheesie connectors also the code did say turbocharger boost sensor A circuit low????
