Icon make a 2in spring pack for the front and then you can get 350 rear blocks, they add 2in IIRC

If it were me, I'd contact Dan https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/member.php?u=69368

He's a sponsor here, and with the support I've seen him give non-customers, I wouldn't have any problem spending money there. You'll never have to worry about the service behind the sale, plus he really knows his stuff.

This is what I did and it looks great! I went with bilstien shocks for 1-3 inch lift since I like the nickel plating as opposed to the yellow shock tube.

If you just want to go a little higher for cheap I have 2004 FX4 2" leafs and blocks that just came off my truck today that I can hook you up with. If you cover shipping and handling you can give them a try. You can run 35x12.50's and will barley rub at all. PM me if you want, could probably have them to you by this weekend.

Not much different on the angles. No need to drop the drive shaft or change the pinion angle. The ride is not any different at all.
