A spare Idler is a very good Idea I had my bosses truck out of town a little while back and blew an Idler but the bearing and bolt stayed on I drove for an hour and a half to some small town and some how the belt stayed on their parts store didn,t carry the Idler for the 06 dodge I was driving so get this I ended up getting one for a powerstroke and it worked! got me home .

so ever sinse then my truck has a spare Idler lol
