Had to bolt the passenger side of Y-pipe up tight, then pull on the drivers side with help and a cheater bar on drivers side of Y-pipe to properly engage the header into the Y-pipe and keep pressure on it while bolting up......Stock Y-pipe seems about 1/8" too narrow across, or headers are slightly wider across than manifolds. After we did this no leaks at all and that was 40,000 miles ago on friends truck.
