Damn! by the looks of the news reports here y'all must be getting hammered!
I must have seek a hundred fire trucks heading south on I-5 near Tracy yesterday.
Haven't heard of any deaths....prolly only bright spot in all this.
Fires suck, I lived in Banning before moving up to Washington. Every year Cabazon burned and San Jacinto mountains, Idylwild or San Berdo was always burning.
wife was a reporter for the press enterprise for 10 years and was the crime reporter, she got every crappy death and fire/police deal there was.
The stories she had to cover just sucked. stay safe everyone!
That would be horrible to have your home go up like that.
We're all choked up with smoke in Diamond Bar, but we didn't have to evacuate. We had our bags packed and were ready to go.
Looks like they got it hammered down last night, at least near my area. The fire fighters made a heck of a stand at Tonner Canyon and I appreciate that very much!!
I hope all of you, your family and friends are safe.
