hey, i ordered a 6 inch skyjacker for my 96 2wd f-250, i got the package that includes skyjacker shocks. does anyone have any opinions on these? i think they should be decent. also, any advice on installing the lift kit? also, if anyone has done a 6" lift on this type of truck can you tell me what size tires you could fit. I was going to order 36s for it, but i dont really want them to rub.
i have a 4 inch skyjacker lift on my 78 f 250 i have the nitro shocks i love it i think you will be satisfied with the lift kit. i never did a lift on a 2wd so i cant help you there bad 78 f 250
The shocks are good, and you shouldn't have a problem with rubbing, how wide are they though?

80' E-350 300/6 with a

The shocks are pretty decent the lift it self isn't that hard to install just be patient and double check everything after you install everything if you're doing it yourself.
As for the tires rubbing it is going to depend on how wide of a tire and rim you're going to use and the back spacing of the rims
I have a 97 F350 4x4 with a skyjacker 6 inch lift. The shocks work great and give a good ride. I run 35x12.5x16.5 BFG all terrains on a 8.5 inch rim. I have plenty of clearance with the exception of the front of the front tires to the bumper. You will have to check that to ensure that a 36 inch tire will not hit. Hotrod 1783
