backspacing....need help

Does anybody know the backspacing for a 79 F250. I wanna get new weld wheels for it. It currently has a 16.5in wheel and they're 8-lug. Thanks for and help.

backspacing....need help

Usually about 3 ot 3 1/2 inches should be enough. You don't want them too far offset or the tie rods/ drag link will connect with the sidewalls under hard turning.
