Steering wheel compatibility

What year steering wheels will fit a 1990 F350? I'd like to put a two or three spoke hard plastic wheel on there.

steering the right direction

I believe any Ford steering wheel with the same style column should fit. This would include full size (Town Car, Mark III-IV-V, Grand Marquis, etc.) Lincoln/Mercury and (LTD, T-Bird, etc,) Ford cars from ~1969 to 1978 and Ford (F-Series/Bronco) trucks from 1978 to 1991. If I recall correctly, Comet/Maverick and Monarch/Granada models would also work. 3-spoke wheels were the norm for ~1970 to 1973; 2-spoke from 1974 up.

When you say "hard plastic", I assume you mean one not leather wrapped. If that is the case, you might do well to focus more on the earlier models, as the leather wrap phenomenon did not start until into the 1980s.
