I really like the look of this painted lower valance. my question is what year valance is on this truck pictured below? the valance on my truck looks very different than the one pictured. is this an oem peice or aftermarket... i think it looks great painted.

the lower valence is replaceable and I would imagine it could be removed and painted. I think they come in Grey or black stock.

That's what the front of mine looks like on my '00 (well, mine isn't painted, it's just black). It's hard to tell since the truck owner might have bought aftermarket lamps but I do know the turn signals were changed in like '03 or something to a clear lamp (mine's orange).
you guys are right, its a 99-04 valance with the lower portion removed. it looks different from the part on my bumper because the valance on my car is aftermarketi believe. i like the look of the painted stock one better though... gotta make the change.
