I,ve been dealing with this for a while now. I changed out my rear fluid about 5 months ago or so ago and i checked the fluid level numerous times thinking i didn't have enough or if i had to much, all was fine. Today i was looking at the carrier bearing which i had replaced a year ago and i decided to snap a pic of the missing weight. I noticed it before but didn't pay any mind, thought it was a sticker or something that wore. But after looking at it close i notice it was the same size mark as the weight next to it.

Reason: 5 months ago, not 1,
Yeah, I saw the link and spotted it also. Too funny. I remember my first engine swap years ago and I had a horrible driveline vibration. My buddy's dad told me how to fix it with a couple of hose clamps.
