Coolant Leak
I was replacinng my serpentine belt and I decided to remove the top radiator hose, when I started to try to disloge the hose from the block side I noticed coolant started to leak from where the t-stat sits. I replaced the t-stat and the gasket but it is still leaking. Any Ideas?

Most replace the entire neck when leaking. Just did my 203 stat and used old neck as it was still in good condition. First attempt resulted in a leak about the 10:00 position in your photo. Re did it but this time made sure everything was good and dry where the o-ring sits. Also used a little RTV to help hold the o-ring in place.

if the neck flange is flat, a new o-ring should be enough to ensure a good seal. if not, get a new neck. only 20 bucks.
to me, it seems like 3 bolts is not enough. a 4th would have allowed us to get more even pressure down on on the t-stat and o-ring.
