fuel injected 351w questons

sometimes it takes a while to crank lke a good 3 or 4 times of cranking any suggestions

Check your fuel pressure and see what it's at before and during cranking.

i would like to know if the intake from a 1982 351w will swap over to a 1992 351w

To answer your inquery... yes...the intakes will swap no problem.

sorry and thank you! well since they will do i need to get the gasket kit for the 92 to go carb

Swapping from EFI to carb is not as easy or cheap as it seems. You're going to need a new distributor, an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator (that will convert the 50+psi from the tank to between 5 and 7 psi), the list is endless. The transmission is probably computer controlled as well, so you're going to need an aftermarket controller. I had a '92 with a 351w that you'd roll over a few times (turn the key count to ten) and then do it again and it'd fire right off. The fuel injection is going to get you better mileage and performance than a carb ever will.
