Well, the normal changes, from 2004 to 2005 (front coils, change in body style a little) and specifically between F250/F350:
The F250 has 35-spline axle shafts
The F350 has 37-spline axle shafts in the same housing (the F250/F350 share the same axle) with a slightly larger diameter shaft

Senix, I purchased the Supersprings for my f-250 when I bought the truck. They are progressive, so empty they don't ride rougher. Put 4000 lbs in the bed, she squats 21/2 inches and rides like a caddy. 249.00 I think and worth every penny. No airbags to inflate and regulate.
